Whether you’re grabbing your morning flat white, catching up with friends over tea and cake, or looking for a relaxed spot for afternoon tea – we’ve got a table waiting for you.
Previously known as Skylark Bakery, this much-loved Clarendon Park Road spot is now home to Clarendon Perk. We’re proud to carry on the local tradition of good food, good coffee, and good company.

Clarendon Perk is all about community, comfort, and quality. We bake our cakes fresh, brew our coffee properly, and always have time for a friendly smile and natter. Our menu features everything from hearty breakfasts, amazing afternoon tea, tasty soft drinks to speciality teas and of course, our famous homemade cakes.
We’re open from early ’til late (well, 6pm!), so whether you’re stopping in on your way to work, meeting friends for lunch, or planning a Sunday catch-up, we’ve got you covered.

You’ll find us right in the heart of Clarendon Park, on the corner of Lorne Road & Clarendon Park Road – just a short stroll from Queens Road, Welford Road or Victoria Park. Opposite Avenue Primary School & Julie’s Cycles
We’re easy to spot and even easier to fall in love with. Whether you’re popping by for a takeaway coffee or staying for cake and a chat, we’re here with a warm welcome.
Parking:
There’s free on-street parking nearby (Please be aware there are restrictions between 9:30 & 10am)
Bus:
We’re well-connected by local bus routes too, the 83 goes right past us, whilst the 49 & 47/48 stop a short walk away on Welford Road. The 44 is also available from Queens Road.
Cycling:
Bike racks are available nearby if you’re cycling over.
